SINGLE water-oil TCU’s up to 350°C
The number one manufacturer of TCU’s. Not only because the TCU was developed in 1958 by engineers from Presswerks Schwaben and ten years later they founded SINGLE Temperiertechnik GmbH, where they focused exclusively on this.

Water ATT-variotempering at 200°C
We will briefly introduce Variotherm temperature control. SINGLE has been manufacturing such devices for more than 10 years.
With this tempering, the tool is always at an optimal temperature during the cycle according to the predefined program. The temperature of the mold wall is highest at the moment of injection molding. This process allows for injection molding of products with a brighter surface and shorter cycles due to better mold cavity cooling, making production more economical. The pressure in the mold becomes more even, so lower injection pressure and mold closing force must be used, so there is less internal stress in the product and there is less risk of warping. The micron and nano structure of the tool surface is more perfectly formed. When using this technique, the average nest temperature will be lower and the cooling time will be shorter, which reduces cycle time and energy consumption, i.e. production costs.
