Primarily occasional repairs or planned maintenance of peripherals and accessories related to injection molding. During planned maintenance of tool temperature controllers, we provide a replacement device of similar if necessary.
In many cases, technology requires that tool tempering devices be checked periodically to ensure continuous high-quality production.
We plan to launch our service soon, in which we will perform periodic inspections of tool temperature controller units on site at our partners, in which we will check the main parameters of the devices and issue a certificate for this.
Our recommended period is one year. However, if the manufacturing technology requires a shorter period, we will adjust the reviews accordingly.
Converting the heating of temperature controllers to a solid-state relay, which will increase the lifetime of the switch several times, because there is no more voltage draw and thus the contact does not burn through.
Device authentication:
We check the temperature control devices for pressure, flow measurement, and temperature, and if they do not meet the requirements, we repair them.
We measure the dew point of dry air dryers, which shows how efficiently the dryer is still drying. If it is very low, we take measures to replace the crystals.
Modernization of the heating of temperature controllers and dryers with solid-state relays. We convert the heating of old devices from magnetic contactors to solid-state relays, as required, which increases the safe operating time of the heating several times.
Despite continuous regeneration, after a while the drying granules become saturated with moisture and can no longer perform their function. According to our experience, it is advisable to replace the drying granules on average every 5 years (of course, this depends on the intensity of use). We can help with this too.
Replacing dirt filters:
We replace clogged dirt filters as needed, or install them where they are not already available.

Fine filter for continuous cleaning of water and oil used for TCU’s and removal of sludge sediment.
Filters that can be used up to 200 °C, which can be installed on any TCU in a few minutes and can be easily removed during use, without disassembly, simply by opening the drain tap to remove the sediment filtered since the previous cleaning. By using the filter, you can significantly increase the quality of production and the reliable operation of the TCU.
Electronic relay for replacing magnetic contactors.
There are no mechanical moving parts, no arcing when switching, so its lifespan is at least five times that of a traditional electromechanical magnetic contactor. With zero transient switching, the switching is even energy-saving.
They can be easily used in all devices in which electromechanical magnetic switches switch on and off high-power heating units. For example: TCU’s, dryers, etc.
They can be installed in place of magnetic contactors with little effort, because the main contacts and the control are simply connected, and the devices thus improved can be put into operation again, while their operational reliability is greatly increased.
